Korean has a concept of base dish (different from side dish) If you visit Korea you may treat like this. We like to eat various different dish at the same time.
Today, i like to make Julienne Korean Radish Salad.
It is one of base dish. A sweet and tangy dish of julienned white radish seasoned with vinegar, sugars, and red chili powder.
You need this
White raddish1/2, Chilly powder 1T, Sugar 2T, Mashed garlic 1T, Vinegar20ml, Fish sauce 40ml
How to make it
First, peel off the raddish. I only use half of it.
Julienne the raddish. Use slicer make it easier.
Put all seasoning. Chilly powder 1T, Sugar 2T, Mashed garlic 1T, Vinegar20ml, Fish sauce 40ml and wait.
30minute later, juice comes out from raddish. You can eat now tomarrow taste better.
i eat Julienne Korean Radish Salad as bibimbap.
put every base dish, chilli past and sesame oil then It becomes bibimbap.
