Korean ramen is easy, fast, cheap and definate delicious way.
I ususally eat instant Ramen noodle when i really urgently hungry.
If you put more ingrient, you can taste special Korean Ramen.
Today, I wanted to taste Crab Ramen noodle.
But, Crab is not usual ingrient for me, I rather put stalked sea squirt instead.
There are a lot of Korean ramen model in Korea. And I Picked Jin-jjambbong.
Jin-jjambbong basically has seafood taste.
Jjambbong is chinese hot seafood noodle. And it is really hard to make delicious.
So, that's why i choose Jin-jjambbong ramen noodle.

And i add stalked sea squirt in the Jin Jjambbong. To add more seafood taste.
Stalked sea squirt is only broth, you cannot eat. It is too tough to chew.
This process can be skipped and replace other ingrient. You can make your own recipe.
(I recommend any seafood like squid, octopus, shell, shrimp, anything.)
And add source include Jin-jjambbong.
You can use chopsticks to squeze it.
When water is boiling, put noodle in to the soup.
And pick-up and down the noodle. This makes more resilient noodle. Many famous Korean cook recommend this.
Put egg and carefully stir, not to burst egg yolk.
Finished version! I like rare egg yolk that i can burst it while eating.
With Kimchi, It is perfect.
Jin-jjambbong might not familiar to you, But i think it is worth to taste.
I think generally korean noodle is little hot and more salty.
For objective explation, Jin-jjambbong is less hot then shin ramen and rich seafood flavor.
