These days i feel easily tired, So that i start to eat healty food.
I think winter makes people static and not want to move.
For getting lose weight and the will to live i make spinich chicken breast curry.
Usually summer (I got less weight) i move fastser and have a lot of desire.
Spinach chicken breast curry has many vegitable trim but easy to cook.
Ingrident :
Onion 2, Cabbage 1/4, king oyster mushroom 3, Spinich 250~300g, 6 Curry cube
Cabbage makes satiety, so i can eat less other unhealty food such as like snack.
Spinach has lots of Iron, Calcium, Vitamin K so that it makes energy.
That's why cartoon Popaye eat spinach.
Chicken breast is you may know, It has 31g protein per 100g.
For satiety and supply nutrient for make mussle, protein is mandatory.
Those reasons, Chicken breast is mandatory ingriednt in Korea. Is your country too?
First, Trim the vegitable.
Julienne onion and put it on the pot.
Julienne cabbage and put it on the pot.
Julienne king oyster mushroom and put it on the pot.
Do you know why this muschroom called king oyster mushroom? Does it look similar with oyster?
Glind spinach on the mixer. If it is hart to glind, put a little water.
And put it in the pot then, boil it.
While boiling, chop the chicken breast. I use chicken tenderloin as chicken breast.
When the vegitables lose strength and freshness put chicken and curry cube.
In this photo you can see only 4 pieces, but i put 2 more later.
And stir it until curry is enough to eat.
With rice and fried egg you can taste perfect combination.
Until i lose weight again and to be a healthy body, my healthy recipe will be keep going.
